Here are some of the costs that SHIPPING fees cover:

Vehicles, fuel, and insurance to drive to and from the shipper twice daily
Paying for a web site that explains the actual costs of shipping and handling.

Paying staff to pick, package, and prepare your shipment
Paying staff to prioritize your order when expedited service is required
Paying staff to drive to and from the shipper with your order in hand
Paying staff to handle non-paying customers and inacurrate contact information
Paying staff to take phone calls, return emails, and monitor our Live Support center
Giving customers the option to log in and track the shipping status of their order.
We are in business to make a small profit on each transaction.
This is not possible if we lose money on final delivery to the customer.
