Certified System Pulls, Grade A Refurbs, and Used Inventory

All equipment is classified as refurbished, certified, or pulled from working environments as virtually all inventory is no longer supported by vendors or manufacturers. All pulls are in "Grade A" condition. As a general rule, we do not deal in "B Stock" except when specified.

Please do not call asking if a particular part is new. We are unable to search our warehouse to determine the condition of one unit out of thousands. Please consider all items as Grade A used parts.

System pulls often act as shoulder product during periods of unavailability. Pulled parts are tested prior to shipping to ensure delivery of a properly working part.
